There are a lot of claims that soy products can reverse the problem of child obesity due to the high levels of protein, minerals, vitamins and fibre. There have also been claims that soy actually contains less fat and calories which make it easier to lose weight. There are a lot of foods that are child friendly such as soy milk, chicken style nuggets, taco style meat and also frozen pizza.
